Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 of 1970) is an American actress, best known for portraying detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter and Dr. Sydney Hansen on NBC's Providence drama and The Resident's medicine drama The Resident. She was also recognized by her debut on television as Eleni Andros cooper in the soap opera of CBS Guiding Light. The actress has also appeared on 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians, The Lightning Thief and Snitch. The Wheel of Life by Elisabeth Kubler Ross, the creator of the Immortals film Immortals has been adapted for the large screen. Her role will be alongside Vlas Parlapanides as well as Charley Parlapanides. She is also a producer for an upcoming television series named Gods & Heroes.
